Warranty details

All DEATHLESS Cords typically have a 3+ year lifespan. We guarantee your DEATHLESS products for one full year after purchase. Just email us a picture of your item, and we will fully replace it with a brand new identical, or upgraded, replacement. No questions asked. We do not offer a lifetime warranty, because tattoos do not even truly last a lifetime. I am sure that you have a drawer full of "lifetime guaranteed" products that you purchase regularly, knowing they will fail. We know that our cords will last a year or more with regular use. And we stand behind that fact 100%. A true...and confident 1 year warranty. Well beyond your monies worth with the added benefits to your setup including better voltage flow, consistently smooth power and clean running machines...like you thought they were capable of!! *Please call or email first to discuss any issues that you may have with your item. Since we are constantly modifying our products to enhance performance, we need your feedback. If you have an issue with our products, you are probably not the only one. Plus, you will get an updated version of your cord designed specifically to suit your needs! *Smashing your cord with a hammer, running it over with a truck or hanging large objects from your clip cord automatically disqualifies you from receiving a free replacement product. This also includes any other extreme action, other than daily repetitive use.
